Liquid Freedom

Erin Davidson
I have loved dance since early childhood, studying and exploring creative movement, improvisation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Jazz, African, Samba and Modern dance, with the intention to become a dance therapist.
I was introduced to Nia by Debbie Priest, Black Belt Nia teacher, in 2005 and instantly recognized Nia as not only a powerful personal growth practice but as an opportunity to share my joy of learning and exploring by exposing and guiding others towards self-discovery, self-healing and body awareness through Nia.
Expressive movement is healing. My style is very energetic and free-spirited. I encourage my students to step in to the movement with energy and total inhibition, feeling the joy and power moving their bodies.
Nia is accessible to all ages and all abilities. This is the gift of Nia. Everyone benefits.
I love the freedom of Nia. As a teacher I continue to seek, evolve and create more JOY through Nia. The Nia technique is constantly evolving with unlimited potential for healing body, mind and spirit…and, it’s so much FUN.
